BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALVOR VILLA.
Bookings are only secured when the agreed deposit has been received.
Confirmation of deposits received will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.
Any Bank transfer charges are to be paid by the guest.
The balance of your holiday is payable 2 months prior to your holiday.
Cash on arrival is only by prior arrangement. If an exchange rate is used then it is fixed on the date of booking and cannot be changed.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This is particularly relevant when using the swimming pool, barbeque and the higher garden terraces.
We accept no liability for loss, damage or accidents to persons and personal property sustained by the client during the course of their holiday.
The letting price is guaranteed not to change once the deposit has been received.
No pets of any kind are allowed in the villa.
No smoking inside the villa please but permitted on the terraces.
Departures – Villa must be vacated by 10.30am. Should you wish to leave your luggage until a later time we will do our upmost to accommodate this request.
Arrivals – the villa will be available from 16.00 hours (4pm).Should you wish to drop your luggage off before this time then please let us know. We will do our upmost to accommodate this request.
Security deposit- Breakages, damages and vacating the villa in an unreasonable state will result in the partial or full loss of the damage deposit.
We have tried our best to ensure the accuracy of all details, but undertake no responsibility for errors, omissions or matters beyond our control.
CANCELLATION
It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover sickness and other unforeseen events that may lead you to cancelling your holiday. If the booking is cancelled by you, a cancellation charge will be made as follows:
More than 12 weeks before arrival 10% of the let price
Less than 12 weeks before arrival. 20% of the let price
Less than 8 weeks before arrival. 40% of the let price
Less than 5 weeks before arrival. 100% of the let price
GOVERNMENT FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS
In addition to the policy above we offer a 100% refund should you not be able to travel due to the governments of Portugal or your country of origin advising its citizens against travel to or from either country. Please note our policy does not cover you personally for illness.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Use of the villa and facilities for the dates booked for up to a maximum of 6 people plus 1 infant.
Cleaning of the villa on departure. Additional mid holiday cleaning is available on request at £200 per clean
Laundry - A weekly change of bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels.
Water and electricity consumption.
Air conditioning/ Heating
Private use of swimming pool.
Private car space.
